AGM + Breakfast

NYP has seen incredible growth over the past 12 months, and we're excited to share this with you! The committee will be reporting back to NYP's members about what we have done over the past year, voting on changes to our rules and electing next year's committee (hands up!). Plus there'll be breakfast and coffee... and did we mention that it's free?

What will happen at the AGM?

NYP is an incorporated society which means we have rules and laws we are required to follow. One of these rules to to inform our members of the business to be conducted at the AGM, as well as any nominations for committee members. 

This business is:

• Minutes of the previous AGM;
  
• President's report on the business of NYP;
  
• Treasurer's report on NYP finances and the statement of accounts (this includes the Annual Report);
  
• Election of committee members;
  
• Motions to be considered;
  
• General business;
  
• Approval of plans for the balance of the current and next calendar years.
