NYPresents the second of two workshops in the first home buyers' series: how to buy a house - the legal and real estate side of things.

Wanting to get a foot on the property ladder, but don't know where to start? This workshop is for you. In two separate seminars, we will go over the banking, legal and real estate elements involved in the purchase of a home.

This second seminar will cover the legal and real estates elements of a house purchase, with expert speakers from Duncan Cotterill Lawyers and Harcourts Real Estate. You'll be in the know about the legal terms and things to look out for when buying a home, how to put forward an offer, and much more.

But it won't be all talk and no play - we want to get you involved. Besides listening to what the experts have to say about mortgages, sale and purchase agreements and going to auctions - you'll be doing it yourself. With all this knowledge on board, you'll be participating in a faux action to put this knowledge to the test.
